Jennings has around 15 years' experience of costs work. We understand the key issues underpinning the litigation and are tactically astute when it comes to maximising your chances of recovery.

Our internal and external training helps ensure that our clients receive considered, expert advice. We support our consultants to pursue Association of Law Costs Draftsmen, Institute of Legal Executives, CPE and LPC courses.

Our experience includes acting on several high profile murder cases, Appeals and judicial reviews, class actions, High Costs Care Cases and Appeal work through to the House of Lords. We have also dealt with cases such as breach of patent and trade marks; aircraft design litigation and multi-million pound clinical negligence and personal injury cases.

We employ around 70 consultants (many of whom are members of the ALCD), enabling us to turn files round quickly - vital in view of the tighter deadlines imposed by the Courts and the Legal Services Commission.

We believe our turnaround time is the best in the business. Any file sent to any of our locations in England and Wales will be returned within 7 working days and urgent matters can be dealt with more quickly, if required.

All our consultants are full-time employees (rather than subcontracted staff) and are fully trained, up-to-speed and always accessible to our clients.

We are fully ISO 9002 accredited and have a continuing training programme for all our consultants, maintain a comprehensive reference library and subscribe to daily email updates on costs cases.

Jennings runs a bespoke computerised file tracking system so that at any given time, we are fully aware of the progress of each case.

We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our bills; produced using our own bespoke software.

Our accessibility and fast turnaround is enhanced by full email access.

Jennings uses the DX system but will also collect and deliver files, at no additional charge.
