Jennings - Law Costs Draftsmen - Added Value
Communication |
| Many of our clients have worked
with us since Jennings was founded in 1989 and
new clients come to us largely by way of recommendation.
We believe this is possible because we view the
relationship with our clients as an ongoing partnership,
based on a quality service, communication and
trust.
Effective communication between our clients and
our consultants is vital to ensure that the very
highest standards are maintained. Our consultants
are encouraged to be as approachable as possible.
Good communication is a two-way process and we
encourage regular feedback (often by way of a
quality assurance questionnaire), to ensure that
our clients receive the best possible service.

|
Added Value |
| To further our partnership with
our clients, we organise seminars to update their
staff on all aspects of costs. Topics covered
range from best practice in file keeping, to such
matters as rates, uplifts, enhancements, retainers
and the latest developments in costs.
We are also happy to travel to meet new or existing
clients, to discuss their needs and service issues,
as well as providing advice on individual matters.

|
Charging |
| We apply the same principles
of communication and trust to our charging methods.
Our simple charging structure consists of several
basic rates (depending on the type of work being
undertaken), with no hidden charges. Please refer
to our separate terms of business for charges.
Once we have completed your work, we issue invoices
for our fees. Thereafter, we send you a monthly
statement covering all the cases we have handled
on your behalf. We are willing to discuss special
arrangements in relation to the level of fee and
time for payment, dependent on the type or volume
of work to be undertaken. Should you encounter
difficulties in recovering our fee in full, then
we are open to re-negotiating our fee.
