Jennings - Costs Draftsmen - Home
Jennings is one of the country's leading (and largest)
firms of law costs consultants, covering the whole of
England and Wales, with a presence in most major UK
cities.
The business started life in 1989, when Martyn and
Sue Jennings moved from private practice and founded
Jennings, based on their extensive joint experience.
The company grew steadily in line with client demand,
as Jennings` reputation for accuracy and effectiveness
spread by recommendation. Today, employing around 70
associates including costs draftsmen dealing
with more than 500 client organizations nationwide, we
believe we are the largest firm of costs consultants in
the country.
We seek solutions to our clients' legal cost problems
and focus on implementing effective processes, staff
training and the latest technology to deliver the highest
quality service. In recognition of this effort, Jennings
was awarded the ISO 9002 accreditation in 2000, as a
mark of our proven quality systems.
However committed your staff, it is unlikely that they
will have the in-depth knowledge and time to keep up-to-date
with the changes in costs law. We know the rules that
govern costs and have the ability to act speedily and
effectively in this highly specialised area.
Our clients range from those who choose to outsource
all of their probate & law costs work, to those who have
an in-house capability, but still outsource on
occasions. This may be, for example, in times of
overload or due to a lack of expertise in a specific
area. By using Jennings to assess your probate & law
costs, we free your people to do what they do best:
looking after your clients.
In an average year we prepare around 30,000 bills and,
in the process, we save our clients time and money,
helping them to improve their productivity and profitability
in the process.
As a result of changes brought about by the Civil Procedure
Rules, the Legal Services Commission, Conditional Fee
Arrangements and fixed fees, Jennings is experiencing
greater demand than ever before for its services. We
believe that our ability to keep pace with these changes,
listen to our clients and develop new services in response
to their needs (through investment in staff and technology),
enables us to meet the challenges ahead.
