| Martyn Jennings co-founded Jennings
Legal Services in 1989. He is a qualified solicitor,
who had been in private practice for a number
of years, prior to establishing Jennings. As an
equity partner in private practice, he undertook
a varied case load, from criminal, civil and family
law, to commercial and property matters. Always
highly commercial in outlook, whilst in private
practice he took a keen interest in costs. Over
the years he has gained considerable experience
in all aspects of solicitors' costs work. Martyn's
role is to ensure that Jennings remains at the
forefront of costing and is the leading firm of
costs consultants in the UK. In particular, his
role encompasses quality control issues and client
care. |

| Sue Jennings co-founded Jennings
Legal Services in 1989. She spent many years,
prior to establishing Jennings, working in private
practice, undertaking a varied civil and criminal
case load. Advocacy remains her central role today.
She possesses considerable technical expertise
and a high level of advocacy skills, having attended
numerous assessment hearings throughout the country.
Sue is keen to ensure that Jennings obtains the
best results for its solicitor clients and she
avidly keeps an eye on the latest developments. |

| Michelle Barron joined Jennings
in 1998. She studied law, obtained an Honours
degree and is a Fellow of the Association of Law
Costs Draftsman. Having gained wide and in-depth
experience of all aspects of costs drafting at
Jennings, she was appointed as General Manager.
Michelle is involved in all operational matters,
as well as keeping ahead of general costs developments. |

| Allistair Lang joined Jennings
in 1998, having obtained a degree in mathematics
and successfully completed a Post-Graduate Certificate
in education. He has, for some years, played a
pivotal role in Jennings' training programme.
He has costed files for many years and has considerable
technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding
of costs' issues. Allistair is responsible for
ensuring that Jennings' law costs consultants remain up-to-date
in their technical knowledge and that the firm's
service delivery standards meet clients' needs. |

| Rob Parness joined Jennings in
1999 from a legal background. He has a keen interest
in solicitors' costs and has gained a wealth of
experience whilst at Jennings. His advocacy skills
are outstanding and, as such, he was appointed
Court Manager in 2002. Rob is responsible for
Jennings' team of costs negotiators who, under
his direction, attend Courts throughout England
and Wales on a regular basis. |
